There could be a variety of reasons why you may not have
been approved. It is usually because we were unable to verify
your information, or you may already have an account.

address. And rejected email addresses are not eligible to apply

Once you are on board, you will be able to access the Pilgrim
Affiliate dashboard. This is an easy platform to help you:
• Manage your account
• Monitor your performance reports
• Create a product page link you want to showcase
• Share these links across your social media channels
Promote your Pilgrim affiliate code/links on
Facebook/lnstagram posts, stories, reels, WhatsApp, YouTube
descriptions, and Telegram

As a Pilgrim Ambassador, you can offer your audience a 15%
OFF discount using your affiliate code while making a
purchase on www.discoverpilgrim.com website.

You can see it on your Pilgrim Affiliate dashboard! Simply go
to the analytics tab to track all the metrics related to all
activities carried out using your affiliate code/links.

Your commission is calculated on the final order amount
placed (without shipping & tax) using your affiliate code/link.
Please note that the final commission payout will be after
deducting TDS.

The commission would be calculated on every successful or
completed order placed by your audience only. If a customer's
order is unsuccessful/returned/rejected/cancelled, the
commission earned for it would be cancelled.

Here's the process for our payment cycle:
• You need a minimum commission amount of *3000 to raise
the invoice.
• The invoice needs to be raised before the 2nd of every month
for the commissions recorded in the previous month.
. Once you raise the invoice, process the in 30
days.

We will require your bank details, PAN card, a cancelled
cheque/passbook, and CST certificate if any.

If there is an amount difference, it could be for the following
reasons:
• The dashboard updates every 24-48 hours. Please wait for the
stipulated time period before checking an order update.
• If there is still a discrepancy, it could be because cancelled or
returned orders are not reflecting on the dashboard.
• Also, orders that have not yet been paid will show as pending
until the payment is done

It takes around 24 hours for the analytics to get updated.

The Pilgrim Ambassador program is Pilgrim's affiliate
program which is open to registered users on
discoverpilgrim.com platform.

• The Pilgrim Ambassador is associated with the Company only for the particular
event/period as stipulated in this Agreement. He/She is not an employee of Pilgrim.
• The Pilgrim Ambassador will be given a commission on the actual net invoice value. The
returns will be accounted for as per the Company's policy.
• All commercials will be as per CST and tax laws.
• The Pilgrim Ambassador will be given a unique code offering of 15% discount to their
audience. The sales data for the UTM link & code will be accessible to the Pilgrim
Ambassador at all times for better transparency.
All information shared with the customers/followers regarding the products & the brand
will be as per the guidelines given by the Company.
• The Pilgrim Ambassador will not solicit new business using the name of the brand or
the name of the Company unless written permission is granted by the Company to do so.
• The Company shall have the right to withhold payments post-issuance of the
termination notice to the Pilgrim Ambassador. The said withheld payments will only be
processed after any loss or liabilities if any occurred on the Company due to the Pilgrim
Ambassador are settled.

The Company shall make the payment within 30 working days from the date of the
invoice being generated by the Pilgrim Ambassador by way of Bank Transfer.

The Pilgrim Ambassador shall not disclose to any third party or use any Confidential
Information of the other Party (the "Disclosing Party") in any manner whatsoever. All
information exchanged of any nature whatsoever under this Agreement is confidential.

No change, amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be
valid unless outlined in a written instrument signed by both the parties. This Agreement
sets forth the entire agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, written or
oral, of the parties concerning the transactions set forth herein.

The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the following
circumstances:
• For breach of any of the terms of this Agreement (express or implied), a notice period of
5 days would be given by the Company prior to such termination;
• In cases where any act done by the Pilgrim Ambassador is prejudicial to the interest of
the Company and/ or its associates/affiliates and/or the content and/or is defamatory
under the laws of India, the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement
without notice.
• In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Pilgrim Ambassador shall return all
the Confidential Information to the Company and shall immediately cease to promote
the products of the Company.
